GatePass sells parking bookings, which are a service. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

How your booking is delivered

Once our payment partner confirms your payment, your booking is confirmed and appears in the app under Bookings, usually within a few minutes.
The confirmed booking shows the address, directions and the host's access instructions for your space.
The service itself, the use of the parking space, is provided by the host at the space for the times on your booking.

If your booking isn't confirmed

If you have paid and your booking isn't confirmed within 30 minutes, contact us with your booking reference. If we can't confirm it, you get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
