Help with a booking
Please include your booking reference, which starts with GP- (for example GP-5B693D) and is shown on the booking in the app.
- To cancel a booking, open it from the Bookings tab and tap Cancel booking. The refund you will get is shown before you confirm.
- If you can't use a space you booked (it is locked, occupied, not as described, or you can't reach the host), open the booking and tap Report a problem.

Grievances
Complaints about the service, a payment or how we handle your personal data can be sent to Ishan Jaiswal at ishanjaiswal567@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it as quickly as we can.
