About Us

GatePass is an online marketplace for booking parking in India. People with a spare parking space list it; drivers find a space near where they are going, book it by the hour or by the day, and pay online before they arrive.
What we do
Hosts are individuals and businesses with a parking space they are not using all the time: a driveway, a garage, an open plot, or spaces in a building. They list the space on GatePass with its address, photos, the hours it is available and its price.
Drivers search by location and time, see the price before they book, and pay online. Once the payment is confirmed the booking shows in the app with the address, directions and access instructions for the space.
How it works for drivers
- Search for parking near where you are going and choose the time you need, from an hour up to 30 days.
- Book and pay online. The price you see is the price you pay: GatePass adds no booking or convenience fee.
- Follow the directions and access instructions in your booking and park. You can add extra time from the app, cancel under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, or report a problem if the space can't be used.
How it works for hosts
- List your space with its address, photos, availability and pricing, and upload a document showing you own it or have permission to rent it out.
- We review each listing before it appears in search.
- Add your bank details in the app. Your earnings for each booking are paid to your bank account through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
What we charge
Hosts set their own prices, shown in Indian Rupees. Drivers pay the listed price and nothing on top.
GatePass earns a service fee, currently 10% of the parking amount, which is deducted from the host's share. The host receives the rest.
Who runs GatePass
GatePass is operated by Ishan Jaiswal, a sole proprietor based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
